Dracula's Island Dinner

Growing up my family had a tradition of doing an Island dinner and so this year we decided to make a spooky island dinner for Halloween. It didn't turn out quite as we had invisioned, but it was still a lot of fun and quite yummy! Everyone contributed and we came up with silly names like "Goblin Guts" for the chili, "Bat eyes" pomegranite seeds, the Ghostly beach, dead man's swamp and the squash being dracula's cave...you get the gist:) Anyway...we had to do something a little different with Halloween being on a Sunday this year. This should wrap up the month of October!

Look at all these cute happy kids...and doesn't Bridger just make the perfect superman!? I don't know where my camera was when all the cousins got in their costumes...Hilary can I have your copy?

Dad and Colleen's costume this year was a "ManWitch"...pretty clever! They were fun to bring all the kids halloween socks and suckers!

Dessert...Witch Hats, Fingers and candied popcorn
